A: The Revita Ink line is friendly to all skin types, including sensitive skin.

Q: How should each product be used?

Q: How long should I use these products?
A: Most of our products are meant to be used as an on-going regimen to prevent excessive ink fading. Using the Revita Ink products continuously will provide tattoos with maximum protection against fading and loss of color. 

Q: Which product should I use?
A: You are welcome to email us with any questions you have. You may also include a picture of your tattoo(s) in your email. A clear picture taken on your phone is sufficient for our team to recommend the ideal product regimen for your tattoo. 

Q: Are there any contraindications or safety concerns with this product?
A: Revita Ink products have not been tested for pregnant women or nursing mothers. We recommend you consult your physician before using any Revita Ink products during pregnancy or breast feeding. Some of our products also may contain soy.

Q: Can Revita Ink products be used on areas of the body without tattoos? 
A: Yes, Revita Ink products are safe to use on areas of the body without tattoos and will provide general skin benefit to all other areas of the skin.

Q: Do you recommend refrigerating your products to maintain the quality?
A: We recommend all Revita Ink products to be stored at room temperature.

Q: Do you test your products on animals?
A: No, Revita Ink products are never tested on animals. All case studies are human-based and voluntary.

Q: What if my package arrives damaged?
A: We apologize if you receive any items that have been damaged during shipment. Please save the damaged box and contact us immediately upon receiving the damaged product and we will be happy to assist you.

Q: What should I use for my sunburned tattoo?
A: We recommend using Revita Rehab for sunburned tattoos. It will speed up the healing process while preventing heavy ink and color loss. 

 

Shipping, Returns, Payment: 

Q: What forms of payment do you accept online?
A: We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover cards in partnership with Stripe to process payments. 

Q: What are your shipping costs and delivery schedule?
A: Shipping is free for orders over $100. We ship the next day based on your shipping preferences. 

Q: Do you charge tax?
A: Residents shipping to addresses within California are subject to California sales tax. Residents outside of California are not subject to sales tax.

Q: Where do you ship to?
A: We currently ship to the United States, Alaska and Hawaii. We do not ship to APO/FPO addresses.

Q: Can I exchange one of my products for a different one?
A: We do not currently offer exchanges at this time.

Q: What is your return policy?
A: We offer full refunds on all of our products within 30 days of purchase. If you are not 100% satisfied with your Revita Ink product, email info.revitaink@gmail.com. All products may be returned – even if the packages are empty – for a full refund (less shipping and handling).
